  15.   Lotto Enchancer is a Windows 3.0 based lottery program.  In order to run
  16. this application, simply copy these files into your windows directory.
  17. Then run windows, pick File in the Program Manager than click on new. 
  18. Click on OK for program item.  For the description type JFWHEEL then hit
  19. the TAB key.  Type JFWHEEL.exe for the command line, click on OK.  That's it
  20. you're lotto icon will be designed.  To run JFWHEEL simply double click on
  21. it's icon.  When it's running pick 13 numbers between 1 and 49 for 6/49 or 
  22. whatever for any other lottery (after entering one number hit
  23. the tab key or move you mouse to the next box).  Once you've picked your 
  24. numbers your tickets will be generated below. You can write them down or 
  25. if you have a printer simply click on print.  GOOD LUCK!

  32.   Lotto Enchancer is being released as Freeware. It is intended for private
  33. use on a single CPU.

  35.   It may be distributed freely as long as it is distributed with this readme 
  36. file.

  38.   If you use it for your weekly numbers, than register your copy so we can 
  39. inform you of future enhancements and of other utilities that we will be 
  40. releasing in the near future.  A donation of $10.00 would be greatly 
  41. appreciated.

  43.   We have included a registration form for your convenience. Simply type 
  44. printme at the dos prompt.
